A total of 273 ballots were cast in the April 4, 2017 Election. Thomas M. McGreevy received 204 votes, John M. O’Neill received 178 votes, Thomas W. Whowell received 145 votes and Arvid Petersen received 148 votes. The top three candidates will begin their two-year term as trustee on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Incumbent Village President Patrick Kenny received 238 votes and will begin his second term as president later this month.
At the close of the polls, there were three outstanding absentee ballots and no outstanding provisional ballots.
